Taba Tourism Development Company (TTDC) is the owner/developer of several hotels in Egypt at Taba, and at the Riviera Center on the Gulf of Aqaba.
TTDC was established in April 1990 as an Egyptian joint stock company, In accordance with Law No. 230 of 1998. TTDC's authorized Capital is LE 500 million, the subscribed and paid up Capital is LE 294 million. The shareholders are EgyptAir (Holding Company), Egyptian Co. for Investment Projects, Misr Bank, Egyptian General Co. for Tourism and Hotels (EGOTH), The National Bank of Egypt, Misr Insurance, and MID Bank.
